• We'll begin by defining your goals and can work either hourly or flat rate toward them.

• We'll review a design agreement that clarifies your deliverables.

• My goal is to help you cross something off your list and see you spend more time in the area of your business that needs you most.

For residential clients, we begin with a conversation.

• As we talk, we'll discuss your goals, priorities, lifestyle, and season of life.

• We'll then work iteratively to create a plan best suited to your needs.

• Residential work requires a design agreement, with work quoted at an anticipated flat rate.

• Design rates are based upon anticipated scope of work.
